Marcia Inch is an independent consultant with more than 25 years of experience advising senior executives who are leading significant organizational change. She helps clients navigate the complexities of change by guiding them through the development of disciplined plans for change, collaborating to craft targeted messages about what they are doing and why, and effectively engaging their key stakeholders in the change process. She works with CEOs, division presidents and corporate function leaders in organizations of all sizes and across industries from Fortune 500 multi-nationals, to mid-size and smaller organizations, including professional service firms and associations.

Before establishing her private consulting practice, Marcia was a Partner with Oliver Wyman Delta Organization & Leadership, where she served major clients as a communications and change management consultant and led cross-practice consulting teams. Prior to joining Delta in 2000, Marcia was a Worldwide Partner at Mercer Human Resources, responsible for leading Mercer’s Stamford consulting office, one of the firm’s largest, and for servicing major clients. Prior to Mercer, she was Principal and senior consultant at Towers Perrin.

Marcia received an MS in Broadcasting from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College. In addition, Marcia earned certificates from Columbia University’s Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resources Management and from Synetics Group, Inc.’s Program in Creative Team Problem Solving and Facilitation.
